This CD contains a two-part guided meditation together with an introduction. It is designed for those wishing to develop mediumship or unfold their psychic gifts. The first part involves sitting in your own power and the second part involves sitting in the power of spirit.

This exercise is a cornerstone of developing quality mediumship and this CD was part recorded during one of my mediumship classes (so you may hear the occasional noise in the room).
